What We Do
We keep our clients up-to-date with changes in labor laws brought about
by legislation or significant court cases and act as a resource to management
with our network of experts in practical approaches to compliance with a very
inexpensive newsletter/phone service. We conduct training sessions such as
workshops or seminars for management personnel, conduct off-site or on-site
audits to determine compliance status and evaluate personnel policies and practices
to minimize legal exposure from investigations or litigation. We can negotiate
with any State and Federal Agency to resolve investigation findings, provide
litigation support to your labor attorney as an investigator or an expert
witness, or we can refer you to a labor attorney.
